Stellantis Proposes 155 Euro Per Share Dividend
Increase of Approximately 16% Compared to Prior Year
Dividend to Be Detached on April 22 with Record Date of April 23
AMSTERDAM, March 15, 2023 - Stellantis NV (NYSE: STLA) today announced that its Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of 155 euro per ordinary share for the 2023 fiscal year. This represents an increase of approximately 16% compared to the previous year's dividend of 134 euro per share.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the company's Annual General Meeting on April 21, 2023. If approved, the dividend will be detached on April 22, 2023, with a record date of April 23, 2023.

"We are confident in our ability to continue delivering strong results and generating cash flow, which will allow us to continue investing in our business and rewarding our shareholders."
Stellantis has a dividend yield of 6.47% and has paid 1.67 euro per share in dividends over the past year.
